At Initio Parfums Privés, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our olfactory creations. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Service via the online contact form or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Parcel

  Carefully place the fragrance in its original cellophane-wrapped box and secure it within the original shipping carton to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned item to verify its pristine condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
